In today's video I'll be showing you the full process of refunding digital PlayStation 5 games. Although Sony makes it difficult to refund digital PS5 games it is possible through their support website. Refund eligibility is determined by the PS Store cancellation and refund policy and by the customer service representative that assists you through the return. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. If they do not give you a refund they are simply following their policy and doing their job. Being rude and disrespectful will not help. Even though I was able to get a refund in this video, you may not due to your refund request not meeting the policy requirements or other factors that are determined by the customer service rep.
