Most of the time, when we worry, we’re sent to someone who helps us get our thoughts in order a therapist or counselor, for example. Worry is typically considered to be a mental disorder born of “wrong thinking” or a pessimistic outlook.

But most people who try to “think positively” find that the worried thoughts and feelings just creep back in minutes or even seconds later.
