In the 1st method, we gonna select the entire data set and then press the shortcut key Ctrl G to open special cells selection and the we can choose blank cells.

The 2nd method, we gonna use the filters to see everything we information and everything with no data. And we can combine multiple filters to create an compound filter or we can coupled filters together in excel using many columns.

the 3rd method, we will use one of most important functions in excel, the count blank function or the count blank formula. Then, we can count not everything, but the blank cells. We can also use the filters to sort the blank values and then rid of them.
