If you wonder how to remove / replace PS5 side plates / covers / panels... In this video I'm removing them for turning my white PS5 into a slick, elegant matte black PS5.

My PS5 is the bluray disc version, but works the same on digital version.
Because I couldn't find at the time the original PlayStation Covers released by Sony, I've got something after market, released by SteelDigi, named Azure Scalp BluRay.

They're pretty much the same, just made by a different manufacturer and doesn't feature the PlayStation symbol cut, and all symbols...
This tutorial is also helpful if you mind to clean PS5 vents, or upgrade the SSD, as side panels needs to be removed in order to do that.
