How to replace the Rack Adjuster on a Dishwasher with Whirlpool kit W10712395

This video will show how to replace the Rack Adjuster on a Whirlpool dishwasher. This is a “retrofit” kit and an upgrade from the factory installed Rack Adjuster.

A bit of a background story on this video. The factory Rack Adjuster had broke less than a year after I purchased the dishwasher. At that time, I was unaware of the ‘metal’ retrofit kit. So I replaced the broken rack adjuster with a similar plastic one. That one eventually broke and so did the other side. Fortunately, I now know about the upgraded metal rack adjuster kit.

I plan to have a follow up video on the “long term” results and reliability for the new Rack Adjuster.

I hope you enjoy the video. Thank you for watching.
