5 Be calm and composed during hearing and do not lose temper.
6 Arrange defence witnesses.
7 Examinationin chief I.E. while cross examining the witness of management be very direct and clear .
8 Read the policy guidelines of your institution properly before submitting written brief.
9 Do not go beyond the scope of charge sheet and never put blame on others . Just defend yourself.
10 At the cost of reputation be calm.
