Breakie: 1 power protein bar + Instant coffee
Snacks: 2 bars, Cheez It, Smokey almonds
Lunch: Jerky, & cheese in a tortilla
Dinner:
1) Instant rice, refried beans & TSP
2) Instant mashed potatoes & TSP
3) Top Raman & Tuna
Veggies: Dried shroom & fresh Spinach/ Kale
