How to safely modify a pressure canned recipe- PIZZA SAUCE

I want to show you how to safely modify a pressure canned recipe. I am making pizza sauce. Just a word of note is said 1 tbsp of salt in the video but it is really 1 tsp (or to taste)
These are the ingredients i used
13 cups of tomato puree
1 and a half of red peppers
34 cloves garlic
1.5 tsp salt, oregano, basil
2 tbsp brown sugar
I roasted the red peppers and garlic for 15 minutes at 400 degrees
