In this video I have discussed few things regarding the clinical attachment or clinical observership in NHS United Kingdom.
please keep in mind that clinical attachment and clinical observership are two different things but the outcome is almost same.
In clinical attachment you should have GMC registration and once you will be there in the hospital you will be allowed to do some basic things like IV cannulation, blood sampling, history talking etc

While clinical observation you are there to observe the things you are not allowed to do anything just observe the things.
