How to Set up HPLC Calibration Curve External Standard Calibration Method is demonstrated in this video. A sample of unknown concentration containing a mixture of compounds is analysed using the Shimadzu iSeries LC2050C 3D, which includes a photodiode array (PDA) detector. We will also demonstrate how to accurately prepare a set of standards for external calibration in order to obtain a good calibration curve.
