How to Set Up Your Mid Term Rental Business and Strategy in 2024!

There's a difference between furnishing midterm rentals or medium term rentals compared to short term rentals. In this video I go over some of these differences when it comes to setting up the home, and share strategies on how to attract more mid term rental guests and tenants.

You can still list your units on Airbnb or VRBO and change the minimum nights setting, but there are other sources such as Furnished Finder which are exclusively for 30 days or more listings.

This is a great strategy to bypass increasing short term rental regulations and permit requirements imposed on real estate property owners by the local cities.
