In this video I will be showing how I setup a ball python enclosure using a 20 gallon long tank. The size of the tank depends on the size of your snake. This setup is ideal for hatchlings up to small sub adults.
Supplies List
20 gallon long tank
20 gallon long lid
Light fixture that can handle the appropriate wattage
Ceramic heat emitter with appropriate wattage in relation to your climate
Fake safe plants and décor
Water dish that isn't porous or sharp
2 or more hides with only one entrance
Substrate that holds humidity and won't mold
Thermometer and hygrometer
Dimmer
Lid locks
Black foam or construction paper
Foil tape or duct tape and tin foil
