Kingsnakes, in general are found in almost every state in the USA. These beautiful snakes are a great beginner species to work with and have some of the most vibrant colors of north american snake species commonly available. Maintain their temperature around 7578 degrees F with a hot spot of around 85 degrees F. Maintain ambient humidity between 4055% with a spike at some point during the day. Maintain day/night cycles with the BioDude LED. Always provide fresh water and mist they tank daily. These snakes are found in the temperate forests of Northern California, Oregon and Washington State.
