To share your PS5 profile with a QR code and add friends, follow these steps:

Share Profile with QR Code:
On your PS5, navigate to your profile page.
Next to the icon for “Online Status,” you’ll find the “Share Profile” option.
Click it to generate a QR code.

Scan the QR code with your phone and share the link with your friends1.
Adding Friends:

Download the PS App (if you haven’t already).
In the app, select “Share Profile” or navigate to your profile page on your console.

Generate a shareable link or QR code.
Recipients can add you as a friend by using the link or QR code, provided they’re signed into PSN
