Flower gardens are a subject I return to again and again in my watercolor painting. In this video I want to show you how to simplify a complex flower garden scene to create an effective painting.

I've got 3 tips to share that you can apply to any scene to make the process of simplifying your subject easier. I’ll also show you some of my other flower garden paintings and demonstrate the process of painting a colourful garden scene.
