Having spent a night at Hannah's Place near Paliton Beach, I moved across the road for 3 nights at The Bruce resort where I spent 2 nights in a cottage with a seaview at 1200 pesos (with 20% senior discount!) and 1 night in an even cheaper 960 pesos room. The resort also has a swimming pool and is situated on the fine, white sandy Solangon Beach. Solangon beach is a beautiful stretch of coastline that is around 2km long. Their restaurant uses Starlink internet so is pretty speedy as mobile data coverage in this area of Siquijor is not great.
