Preparation: Peel the outer skin and slice the ends off flatly and evenly, if needed.
Cook method:
Simmer in soup, 5 minutes
Serve raw
Roast at 400, 10 minutes
Saute, 5 minutes
Storage: seal in an airtight container and save for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Does not freeze well.
