This is a classic case of dealing with the strong smell of seafood. Stirfried Basil with seafood needs to add more ingredients than other Basil dishes. We use more Thai herbs/seasoning and they make the food look even more delicious.

I told my son : "Your weakness can be your strength" For example, if you think you are too shy and sometimes even lose confidence. You could turn yourself into a humble person, it's similar. For many reasons, a speechless person can be better than a talkative one.

I cook for my son almost everyday so I have to be Creative. I worked as a creative for advertising company, it is a bit of challenge. Using mostly the same ingredients from the stock in my fridge, the ideas could be useful for others.
