Memory Loss
Hello Friends,

Today's question is about how to increase memory or how to increase the efficiency of our brain?

To simplify, it is better to learn what not to do than what to do.

If you are a person with heart disease or diabetes or eat plenty of processed foods, or fundamentally you are not an active person, or if you are a smoker, then you might have problems with your memory.

It's quite normal for people who are above 70, but due to the bad lifestyle, even younger people of ages 3540 seem to be affected.

It is unacceptable and not a good thing.

There are many things to discuss but to put it simply, ill tell you four things that you can do.

First and foremost, start your day with exercise. Try to spend at least 30 mins to warm up your body.

when you exercise, your oxygen level and blood circulation increase. Brain chemicals such as dopamine, serotonin are secreted more and will help in creating a positive response.

Secondly, I have already spoken about the foods that increase the efficiency of your brain in my earlier videos.

Coconut oil, coconut, vegetables, and any greens should be part of your daily diet.

Oranges, grapes, guava, and pineapple will have positive effects on your brain health.

Add at least one teaspoon of turmeric to your food every day. Omega 3 fatty acids are good for your brain. Fish is a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids.

Walnuts, almonds, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds are also good for your brain.

A good 7 hours of sleep is necessary. At the most 6 hours is mandatory if you are a busy person.

The quality of your sleep is more important than the number of hours. Even 6 hours is a good count if it's deep sleep.

Also, avoid using cellphones and screens 1 hour before bedtime. Sleep is very important for your memory and your brain.

Avoid drinking coffee before bedtime. Some people drink coffee before bedtime.
Caffeine is a stimulant and you will not be able to sleep if you drink coffee.

If you want a good sleep, avoid coffee at least 6 hours before bedtime. Caffeine is not only in coffee but also in many soft drinks. Avoid drinking any soft drinks too before bedtime.

The fourth and most important of all is to learn something new every day. Most of us are not doing it nowadays. After we attain a certain age, we stop learning things and we repetitively do the same things over and over.

When you learn new things, your brain will start generating newer cells. It doesn't have to be big. You can start by reading a book. You can even learn a new sport if that excites you. You can even try to learn to play new instruments.

The easiest thing anybody can do is read a book. When you try new things, your memory cells in the brain will regenerate and minimize memory loss. Your concentration will increase.

If you follow these things, you can surely get rid of memory loss issues, especially among youngsters.

As I always tell you, we must learn about our body and it's our responsibility to take care of it.
