It takes time to break the selfdoubt cycle, but you can do so by taking action despite your feelings and telling yourself what you believe about yourself.
Selfdoubt is often the result of unconscious habits, such as beating oneself up when things don’t go according to plan or obsessing over negative thoughts on repeat. To develop a more confident voice, we have to replace these behaviors with confidence boosting activities as shown in this video.
