To set your Xbox Series X party chat to inviteonly mode, follow these steps:

Start a Party: Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Parties & chats and choose Start a party.

Invite Only: Once the party is created, scroll down to Options, select it, and then choose Make the Party InviteOnly.
