I feel like two of the biggest weak points for everybody when it comes to their diet seem to be breakfast and snacking, funnily enough, the two are intricately linked.

Warning not vegan.

Let’s be completely honest with each other, we’ve all been there, eating “one piece of chocolate” on the couch whilst watching Vikings and all of a sudden this “one piece of chocolate” slips into 3, or 4, or 5, or the whole freaking block.

In today's video I thought I'd share my health story amongst a theory on how I stopped snacking. This is just my experience and you can see if it works for you, or not. But exploring the idea of modified fasting has really helped me achieve some health goals and I think it might with you too :)
