As a chiropractor and strength coach for adults 40+, everyday I work with people just like you to overcome chronic joint pain, keep active, and give them the tools to maintain their lifestyle as they get older.

One of the most common treatments for a tight psoas is through manual therapy and stretching to 'lengthen' you tight psoas. Many people I work with have been stretching for YEARS only to find temporary relief but no real solutions. Rather than stretch a muscle that doesn't need to be stretched, it's better strengthen the muscle that needs to be strengthened.

Building hip flexor strength is one of the BEST ways to fix tight hips. In this video I demonstrate my favorite psoas strengthening exercise to fix 'tight' hips.
