Hello everyone, my name is Ashutosh Sharan (Final year BPT student)


I believe that the first year in BPT graduation marks the base of a physiotherapist and if u wont pay attention to your first year subjects, you will never be able to understand the subjects in your second, third and fourth year. All the subjects in the BPT are interlinked to each other.

Since, first year students struggles a lot to get notes and even finds anatomy hard. This is why i have prepared this video.

Advices for young physios

1. Read anatomy daily and dont wait for the exams.
2. Focus on basic things more like muscles origin insertion, movements of the joint, nerve supply, etc.
3. Preparing notes by yourself is the main key to remember everything in anatomy.
4. Always make synopsis before studying any topics in anatomy.
5. Always remember perseverance is the key.
