As a teacher I can immediately spot the students who are translating in their mind before speaking. Of course, no one is judging ! But I do think since most languages use different sentence structures, it is good to not translate every single word as you speak. This will allow you to reach fluency a lot faster, and sound more "like a native".

What do you think of my advice ? Will you try it ?
