0:04 Airside Transfer (Single PNR)
Upon arriving at Changi Airport, Transit passengers can follow the directional signs to Transfer. Passengers are required to go through security screening before heading to the boarding gate of the onward flight.

To qualify as a Transit Passenger and transfer to your connecting flight airside without having to go through immigration, traveller must:
Have yours flights booked on the same PNR. PNR or the Passenger Name Record is the booking code with 6 alphanumeric characters.
Have your checkin luggage taggedthrough from the origin airport to the final destination

Head to the transfer desk area to obtain the boarding pass for your onward flight, if it has not been provided earlier. After security check, you will be at the departure area. Check the boarding gate info on the flight information display system, refer to the airport terminal map for directions or enquire at the information desk if you need assistance.

1:18 Transit Shuttle Bus to other terminal
If your connecting flight is at another terminal, take the airside shuttle bus. The journey between terminals at the transit area takes between 10 to 18 minutes. The shuttle bus service operates all day, running every 13 minutes between T1 Gate C21, T3 Arrival Immigration Hall A, and T4 Transfer Lounge.

1:46 Landside Transfer (Separate PNR)
If your flights booked on the separate PNR, your checkin luggage will not be taggedthrough to the final destination. You are required to clear arrival immigration to collect baggage, checkin again and get your boarding pass for the connecting flight.

You will need to fulfil all public health and entry requirements to ensure a smooth journey into Singapore.
Submit the SG Arrival card within 3 days before arrival. Get a visa, if required.
You are not required to be vaccinated or take a Covid19 test.
