This is one of THE BEST travel experiences I've ever had. To learn about the ancient people of the Nile River Valley is just incredible. To learn more about black history in this short period than I ever have in western schools has been an eye opener and its a pleasure to share it with you.

Ali was the best travel guide and he has the MOST AMAZING AIRBNB stay (link in description) in Aswan. He showed me the attractions and on the next episode we'll be going on a day trip to ELEPHANTINE ISLAND and to the Nubian Village which is greta for Instagram photos. The best part was the ANCIENT HISTORY of the Black Pharaohs of Egypt. We met many of his friends and family who were very welcoming. We ate Nubian food together it was the best food I had in Egypt and I never paid for anything which lowered the cost of travel, the hospitality is amazing.

If you are looking for a great TRAVEL DESTINATION, Aswan is the place for you. It is filled with culture and tradition unchanged for many years. But you must stay in one of the Nubian homes for the full authentic experience.
