Many of my videos discuss the idea of "Arm Leverage". Others have talked a lot about it too. But without a concrete explanation of exactly what that is, the term is purely abstract.

In this video, I break down what arm leverage is, how to initially feel it, and how that feeling can lead to huge form breakthroughs. One big advantage of The Method system is that you can build you up many parts of the throw in your spare time, without a requirement for space or even holding a golf disc. This means you can train your throw wherever you go, and the practice will translate to more accuracy and distance on the course.
