This video shows you how to unlock an M5 Ebike controller. If you have an Ebike with a controller with M5 written on the front of it, then you can use this method to unlock the Ebike controller to make it go maximum speed. Just push the two top buttons to get into programming mode, then enter the three digit code, which you will have to get from the manufacturer. Usually the manufacturers code is something very simple like 123 or 999, so you could try those and see if they work. once you’re in there, you can use the M button to move between the different programming options, going to number eight, which is maximum speed, and then use the up button to set the number as high as possible. It won’t go 100 km an hour, but if I set it at 100, then the motor will go as fast as it’s capable of when I give it full throttle.
