Carlinkit now allows you to update your Carlinkit AI Box 12 with Android 12 to Android 13 without having to buy new hardware! In this video I will show you step by step how to update your box.

First, download the latest firmware version from the Carlinkit website. Save it on a FAT32 formatted SD card. Insert the SD card into your box and start the update via the settings.

After the reboot, your Carlinkit box will run Android 13! The interface has been reworked and you will benefit from better compatibility, e.g. with the iPhone and the Auto Kit app. Problems with Siri should also be a thing of the past.
