First, if you see someone lying on the floor unconscious, just relax and calm yourself down.
Call 995 and look for the nearest AED on the myResponder app.
In the meantime, you'll be guided on CPR procedures by the SCDF op centre specialist over the phone.
Before you use an AED, always make sure that the chest is clean no hair, no water, no jewelry.
Make sure no one is touching the body when the AED is analysing.
"Shock Advised". Please make sure that no one is touching the body before you press the shock button.
If the casualty is still unconscious, continue CPR till paramedics arrive.
