Today we're touching on the ADF! Remember that the head of the needle points to the station. In a fixed card ADF, you add or subtract the number of degrees from the top of the instrument to your current heading (turn left x degrees, or turn right y degrees)

In a moveable card, you can set your current heading in the ADF and turn to the heading indicated by the needle.

In an RMI the card moves automatically and you can treat it like a movable card ADF.
