If you practice at home, do an exercise to find a magnetic field. When you have found a magnetic field, you need to attract it to you. You will feel warm. Next you will feel a pulsation. Then I direct the magnetic field inside myself. I feel a magnet near my head. I start rubbing my brain.

Look how I do it now. When my hands are in this position, I do the same thing: I start rubbing my brain. I'm not doing it here. I found a magnetic field between my hands and began to massage my brain. You will feel like your brain is like a jellyfish in water. The magnet helps to massage the brain. The magnetic field around the brain becomes stronger and this leads to improved brain function.

I can do this practice when my hands are far from my head. But if my hands are closer to my head, then this is much easier to do. This is visible from the outside, but it is felt exactly the same inside.
When you practice this exercise, you will feel a magnetic field around your brain. You will feel like you are rubbing your brain. This is called 洗髓经xisuijing). This is a theory about how to "wash" the brain.
