Customer explained to us this mower just needed a tune up

The mower had a broken spot on the discharge chute of the mower deck as is common on these mowers

This was a Toro Recycler push mower model 20373 with Toro branded engine

They also make them with Briggs & Stratton and Kohler engines

All of these stamped recycler 22" decks with a side discharge option have this issue

How do you address these issues?
