Advice on how to write a decent prescription
1. Write legibly;
2. Whenever feasible, eliminate acronyms
3. Unless a proprietary medication is particularly required, utilise the generic version of the drug.
4. Reduce the usage of unneeded decimals and zeros
5. Proper identification of the patient and prescriber
6. List all negative effects connected to prescription inaccuracy
