We have been asked many times to discuss the expenses of a junior doctor in the NHS. We've already talked about the salary of a doctor in the UK, as well as looked at the payslip of a junior doctor, but knowing how much you may spend will help you create a goal and a plan to save.
Budgeting well and knowing how to save towards a goal is not difficult if you ensure you know where all of your money is going. That is how we were able to put aside £62,500 in a year and a half towards a down payment on our first house.
