Completing our C6 Aeropack Install guide for the 20052013 Chevrolet C6 Corvette. Learn how to successfully install our ACS Composite Zero6 C6 Corvette Front Splitter (Part number 274038) for the base Corvette. The Zero6 Front Splitter is made in our RTM Composite process which is a pressed molded technique that achieves a strong and durable aero component for this track warrior.

The Zero6 does not require the front bumper reinforcement.
It installs via split rivets.
It is available in an unpainted primer finish or our elegant Carbon Flash Black paint.
Optional front wheel deflectors are available (Part number 274039)

TOOLS:
7mm socket
10mm ratchet
Drill with 3/16" drill bit
Fork (if installing Zero6 Wheel deflectors (PN 274039))
T15 Screwdriver (If installing Zero6 Wheel deflectors (PN 274039))

QUICK GUIDE:
Removing wheel deflector (7mm): 0:43
Removing 10mm bolt: 1:15
Position splitter and loosely install OEM bolts: 1:17
Alignment check: 1:49
Tighten bolts once satisfied with fitment: 2:06
Drill the required holes (3/16") using the splitter as a template: 2:17

Remove clips with a fork: 6:30 also at 9:45 (driver side)
Clean inner surface: 7:00
Installing Unuts on front fascia tabs: 7:35 also at 10:20 (driver side)
Position deflector and attach: 8:25
Install one (1) rivet at the bottom of the deflector: 9:10
Walkaround: 11:35
