This time I stayed at Gero Onsen Suimeikan in Gero City, Gifu Prefecture.
This inn ranked 2nd overall in the 2024 “100 Japanese Hotels and Inns Selected by Professionals”!
At this 5star inn, you can enjoy Gero Onsen to your heart's content, which has the highest quality spring water.

The building is very spacious, with four buildings: Sansuikaku, Hisenkaku, Rinsenkaku, and Seiranso.
The various artworks and Japanese gardens are a mustsee!
There are also hot springs in three locations, especially "Shimodome no Yu", which is exclusively for guests, and is made entirely of cypress.
I was able to enjoy the scent and the hot water, and it felt like my body was melting!

Also, for dinner this time I chose a French course.
A full course of appetizers, soups, fish dishes, meat dishes, and desserts.
It was a wonderful dish where you could also enjoy Hida beef!
Breakfast is buffet style, with highquality small dishes.
And the price is also reasonable, allowing you to stay at a high cost spa!
*This time I stayed in a room at Sansuikaku.

It's about 4 hours by car from Osaka, and 3 minutes walk from Gero Station by train!
It is also very convenient for sightseeing in Gero Onsen.

This time, before checking in to the hotel, I went to Suzuka PA in Mie Prefecture.
We had lunch, so I'd like to introduce you to it as well.

Prices are also reasonable depending on the plan, and I was able to stay for just under 14,000 yen for one night and two meals due to sales etc.
