In this video I repair a 42 year old Digital Multimeter. This is an HP 3466A 4.5 digit from 1979 but is quite fullfeatured, and has some nice low measurement ranges. The HP 3466A is the big brother of the 3.5 digit HP3435A. I hope this helps anyone else trying to repair this or other similar products.
In Part 2, I plan to upgrade the old Sealed Lead Acid battery to a modern Lithium battery.
