The Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) is the professional regulatory body for Human Resources Professionals in Ontario. The core mandate of the HRPA is to promote and protect the public interest by governing and regulating the practice of members of the Association and firms.

The Certified Human Resources Professional Certification (CHRP) is widely accepted in Ontario and is a crucial requirement for many organizations and job opportunities. It certainly helps one to grow in the HR field in Ontario and connects them to a big network of HR professionals.
