In the 6th episode of Cities: Skylines Rochester we are continuing to build the Western side of Downtown, including some of the Government functions of the city, historic landmarks, detailed construction sites, plus much more! I will also be discussing minimum parking requirements and how they affect the design, density, and overall feel and liveliness of our cities. My goal for these projects plan is to finish the cities in their present form so that I can use them as a basis to improve traffic, improve walkability, increase transit options and opportunities, and apply modern urbanism city planning techniques.
