LEGO classic town layout with monorail and train, on baseplates equal to 72 32x32 stud baseplates, or 256 by 288 studs (73,728 studs total). There are over a hundred sets included. Full list below.

Set 6390 (Main Street) was purchased after the town was built, so only parts of it are included (vehicles and minifigures). Set 7735 (Freight Train) is 12v, which doesn't run on 9v, so only the cars are being pulled by the locomotive of set 4563 (Load N' Haul Railroad). The locomotive for 7735 with the cars of 4563 can be seen in the background at 4:20​. The entire length of the monorail track was raised one brick, so that the trains could clear (Airport Shuttle station was modified). There are duplicates of some sets and lots of extra parts were added, including 32x32, 16x32, and 16x16 green and old gray baseplates, plates to connect baseplates, trees, flowers, and minifigures. Most sets are in excellent condition and have the original box with instructions. The few sets without stickers are because the original sticker sheet is still unused.
