We recently visited the beautiful new Disney Vacation Club or DVC Cabins at Fort Wilderness Campground and there is a HUGE PROBLEM!
We booked an accessible cabin and even confirmed it verbally with a DVC castmember but when we arrived we were told there is no availability. We wasted our entire day dealing with this to no resolve. We were given help to bring our luggage in. This is heartbreaking as Disney is our home away from home. After my recent life threatening illness all I wanted to do was make it back home and this happens. Things need to change soon.
