Humminbird MegaLive is a very valuable tool ice fishing. Since there is limited supply of the MegaLive ice bundle system, units, and MegaLive I decided to make my own. Using a milk crate as the frame/housing and creating my own ice crate shuttle was a fun DIY project. This home made shuttle allowed me to take advantage of MegaLive ice fishing! Join me as I walk you through the process of assembling everything you need to use MegaLive, 2D sonar, and your own built in charging system. Using an Amped Outdoors 30Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate battery as the powerhouse for my shuttle ensures loads of power for all my ice fishing and charging needs!
