So the TX200 HC I traded my HW80 in for is tuned by Phil Crampton at Ratworks. This got me thinking, how much difference can a tuning a rifle really make? Also will I, as a pretty average shooter, notice the difference?

To answer this question I have put my hand in my pocket, forked out the cash and sacrificed my 99s. It is now at Ratworks for the full treatment.
