These cylinders are in desperate need of a rebuild & new seals! In this Part 2 video of repairing the CAT 140M Grader, we remove the steer cylinders and blade lift cylinders off the machine for disassembly and installing new hydraulic seals. We show the stepbystep process to disassemble and tear down the cylinders before installing new seal kits and reassembling in our hydraulic press. We also show replacing the steer pin bushes using a pull bolt before fitting the cylinders back onto the Grader. To complete the repairs, we reattach the blade lift cylinders and centre shift cylinder to the Aframe and shim out the ball joints.
