PRIDE Industries' first I AM ABLE Disability Job Fair was an impressive success!

Join us in this video for a tour around this fully accessible job fair that was designed and vetted by a team of people with disabilities for people with disabilities.

The event was attended by 600 peoplethree times the number expectedhighlighting the appetite out there for job fairs like this that supports people with disabilities in their search for meaningful employment.

Taking place during NDEAM (National Disability Employment Awareness Month) and honoring this year’s theme “Advancing Access & Equity” the fair provided access to more than 20 companies, from UC Davis Health to Thunder Valley Casino and Resort.

The fair was a winwin, with attendees having the opportunity to showcase their skills and experience and inclusivefriendly companies finding out more about the individual talents of this underappreciated workforce. Also on hand at the event were government agencies and nonprofit organizations that support the disability community and provide important employment resources.
