I typically avoid topical subjects, but it seems like the world needs this right now. This is subconscious programming for physical health and a mindset of resilient strength. Mental strength IS biological strength. Anyone with a bulletproof mind will invariably fight off ANYTHING that assails them, regardless of circumstances. I recommend listening to this every day, at least once during the day, and optionally while falling asleep at night (no more than the first 12 hours of sleep). Listen repeatedly while doing other tasks like laundry, working out, etc. to let it soak into your consciousness. Go forth a conqueror and win glorious triumphs!
