In this guided meditation, I'll be taking you on a personal journey of rebirth and renewal by using what I believe is one of the most powerful mantras or affirmations you can ever use: "I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE."

"I AM" means, in essence, "GOD IN ME". Whenever your use this mantra, you are declaring that ' God in you' is the resurrection and the life of whatever it is that follows this phrase.

For example, affirming, I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE OF MY PHYSICAL HEALTH, is to declare, 'God in me is resurrecting and living in my physical health.'

Infusing this affirmation with your heart's energy and the power of your emotions, amplifies its effect bringing about a deeper sense of inner alignment with your authentic self, and feeling of inner calm and joy, and a realization that God is within you, working through you and as you, renewing and restoring you from the inside out.
