Meat:
Extra Virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (smashed)
1 white onion
1 table spoon of butter
2 carrots
250g minced beef meat
4 cloves of garlic (smashed and cut)
1 red paprika
100g of сhampignons
Dill
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Sauce:
Extra Virgin olive oil
Half of red onion
1 table spoon of flour
200ml of cream
Dill and parsley to taste
Salt and pepper
Vegetable stock or water
Cannelloni:
Stuff pasta with meat
Pour our white sauce over cannelloni
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees
Mozzarella cheese
Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees
Decorate with fresh basil
